How long, on average, do I have to wait if a product is out of stock?
You can check stock availability when selecting the amount you want of each product.
In the event the product you want is out of stock, the average waiting time is 4-6 weeks. You can ask to be contacted as soon as the product is in stock again.
Asking to be contacted does not imply you have reserved the product.

How is my order delivered to my house?
The order will be delivered to the address given by the customer when registering. Transport will be undertaken by a forwarding agent chosen by Proactivetur, Lda.

How can I return a product?
Products cannot be returned, except in the event of manufacture defect. To make a return you will need to inform Proactivetur, Lda about the situation, within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving your order. Transport costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are made through a credit note.
Please note that any damages caused by improper or wrongful use of products or possible tampering of the order by bodies external to Proactivetur, Lda, will not be accepted for returns.

How long do I have to complain about anything wrong with the order?
The customer should confirm that the products have arrived and if they are in good order, within 48 hours of receiving them. If this is not done, and any product is damaged, Proactivetur, Lda – the company managing the TASA Project, will not be liable.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
Bank transfer – made out to Proactivetur, Lda, via IBAN PT50 0010 0000 4507 6890 0014 9. The customer should bear in mind that all costs regarding such transfer will be the customer’s responsibility. Proof of transfer must be then sent to Proactivetur, Lda via email. Only when the amount has entered our account, will we proceed with the order.
Via Paypal – the payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards and bank account transfers to our Paypal account.
